Services at St Peter’s

St Peter’s Church is  open every day!

We are meeting regularly in church on the first and third Sundays and Thursdays but there is also a weekly “Together in Prayer” letter with parish news and the words of a service for reading at home. Please contact Nigel Hughes to receive this weekly letter (01594 516411).

October services

1st October (1st Thursday) 10.15 am Holy Communion

4th October (1st Sunday) 10.00 am Holy Communion

15th October (3rd Thursday) 10.15 am Holy Communion

18th October (3rd Sunday) 10.00 am Morning Prayer followed by Annual Parochial Meeting

Our gatherings won’t be the same as in the past, and our initial plan is for this pattern to continue until Advent, when we hope we can begin to meet weekly.

When you arrive, you will be asked to add your name and contact number to a sign-in sheet (we will keep this securely for three weeks only) for track and trace purposes.  You will also be asked to sanitise your hands when entering and leaving the building.

Inside we are expected to remain 2 metres apart from people outside our household.  Everyone is welcome but you are encouraged not to attend if you are self-isolating or have any symptoms linked to Covid-19.  If you are in a shielding or  vulnerable household and want to talk through any questions do give me a call. We shall also be expected to wear a face mask.     Rev. Joe Knight (01594 510165,
