Hand made in the Forest of Dean
Millers Cheese Pates are produced to our own recipes in our cheeseroom at Newnham on Severn in Gloucestershire.
All of the pates are individually made by hand in small batches.
Whenever possible, the ingredients are local and contain no artificial additives, making natural and wholesome products.
As the base we use mature cheddar from Lye Cross Farm in North Somerset – rich, tangy and nutty – to which we add our own mayonnaise sauce. Finally, specially selected premium ingredients make the outstanding individual varieties.
